How to make a to-do list and follow through!

  One thing I fall victim to is being the ultimate list maker. I make lists to make a list. I like many Mother's live my life through the lists I write. Often times, they are just a way to quell rising anxiety or to organize my shopping lists. They range from self-care to-do's to books on my reading list, baby names, podcasts to listen to, and long-term goals. I have never been into vision boards, so a master list of my goals- long and short term, are what is the most important to me.  List making is a great way to be productive, if you follow through with them. Many times we use them and leave them without completing them. In order to get the most of my lists, I keep them to about five to-do's per category. This helps my brain to organize what takes priority and where I should be focusing my time. Utilizing the idea of small wins so I can get that positive reinforcement for completing one thing at a time is crucial to my organization and achieving follow through. Small w...
